About
Fair360 is an enterprise benchmarking and advisory firm that evaluates human capital performance, focusing on retention and promotion outcomes, by measuring how effectively organizations execute five core workforce initiatives: leadership engagement, mentorship, sponsorship, high-potential development, and employee resource groups.
Drawing on a proprietary, multi-year dataset from more than 160 large employers, Fair360 shows that companies strong across all five initiatives have materially lower voluntary turnover than peers with uneven execution. Critically, organizations that move from strength in zero or one initiative to strength in two or three are associated with a sharp drop in voluntary turnover—from 10.47% to 7.19%—alongside stronger internal promotion rates, giving Director- and VP-level HR leaders and CHROs clear evidence of which initiatives most directly improve human capital performance.
Fair360 is a VA-certified and veteran-owned business. We are also certified by Disability:IN as a company owned by a person with a disability. The founder and owner, Luke Visconti, is a veteran whose disability is not service related.
